My name is Shanisha...
I'm a Food Scientist by education, and an artist at heart. The kitchen is both my lab and my studio, and I use food as a way to discover the world around me.
I've spent my whole life admiring the complexity of food. Somehow I found a way to make food the centerpiece of my life; doing so much more than just sustaining me - it satisfies my curiosity, gives me a creative outlet, and connects me with people that I care about.

We’re fueled by our passion to bring joy to others- whether it’s through supporting our community, or just enjoying some really great food.
My plan is to use this business as an extraordinary way to make a change - to bring people together and genuinely help our community.
